I love love, so I’ve always made a very big deal about this holiday. Yes, I understand, Valentine’s Day should be celebrated every day, and not just on this “card store” holiday. But I love that just like birthday, Mother’s Day and anniversaries, we set aside one special day to honor and celebrate the ones we love even more. It’s actually a very beautiful day if you choose to see it that way.
Why Whole Foods for Valentine’s Day?
Well no one said your plans didn’t have to be quick, easy and reasonable! Department after department, aisle after aisle and counter after counter, there is something perfect to add to your Valentine’s Day activities. Maybe you are looking for some aphrodisiacs like oysters to set the mood, or just a simple tray of sweet and savory bites to enjoy throughout the evening. Less is more and Whole Food can help.
Celebrating Valentine’s Day with the 3-C’s
The Beatles sang, “All you need is love,” and I tend to agree, but add in the 3-C’s of Valentine’s Day and it’s the perfect night: Chocolate. Cheese. Champagne. For a bonus, add in caviar as well! If that doesn’t get your attention, I’m not sure what will.
Sweet. Spicy. Savory.
Special Event: for those in the Huntington Beach area, enjoy a very special “Ingredients: A Love Story” event on February 11th, from 6 – 8 pm where you could win tickets for a Valentine’s dinner for two. Everywhere you look at Whole Foods, flavors are bursting. Guests will be guided through the market where they will enjoy hand-picked tastings in every department.
